Allison Brush-Stern H.H.C.
Holistic Health Counselor /Wellness Coach

Allison grew up in Queens, New York and moved to the Westchester/CT. area in 1995. She is the wife of Dr. Lawrence G. Stern and both are the proud parents of sons Ryan and Aidan. Dr. Stern and family reside in Ridgefield, CT.

Allison received her Bachelors Degree from Pratt Institute and worked in the  advertising and design field for over 15 years. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, where she completed her  certification as a Holistic Health Counselor. Allison educates and coaches her clients in healing naturally with whole foods. Her passion is in coaching and transforming her client's commitments and dreams into reality. Allison was a Seminar Leader for Landmark Education in N.Y.C. leading ground breaking transformational life courses. Allison loves to run, hike and cook, but mostly just loves being with her family.

Aliza F. Stern

I am 20 years old and a junior at UCONN. I am studying Nutrition and I made Dean's List my 1st semester. Though I am working hard, college is also a lot of FUN!  I am enjoying living away from home for the first time but visit my family often.

I live with my mom, step-dad, and three siblings in Yorktown Heights. I am the second oldest of four children. I am also blessed to have two younger half brothers and two older step brothers. I love having a big family!

As Doctor Stern’s daughter, I love helping out around the office and working with my dad and the rest of the staff.

I love the people and it is such a healing atmosphere! It is such a wonderful place to be.
