Welcome to our Stern Creating Wellness Web Site. I am Dr. Lawrence G. Stern and I want to personally thank you for visiting our Home on the Internet! I am committed to sharing with you the latest information regarding Creating Wellness  and other transformational healing systems, strategies and programs!  I have been serving the public's health needs and providing wellness care for 22 years.

When we say "gentle," we mean it.  A light touch, properly delivered, can often be much more
effective than a more forceful method.

We use the latest technology to quickly and accurately assess your health.   Once we know what's
going on, we can help. 

 

No X-Rays.

Our unique methods do not require any exposure to dangerous x-rays in the vast majority of cases. 

 

Whole Person Care. 

A recent study of nearly 3000 people receiving Network Spinal Analysis, conducted at The
University of California School of Medicine found that the results of NSA care go beyond the
reducing of traditional chiropractic complaints, such as back pain or headaches. In fact, in
addition to improvement in their physical symptoms, most participants reported improvement in
overall stress level, relationships and emotional stability.  

 

A Doctor Who Listens. 

Hard to imagine? It's true.  We realize that you need to be comfortable with us in order to get the
most from your care.  We will listen, offer feedback when appropriate and modify what we do
according to your individual needs.

 

What to expect on your first visit to Stern Chiropractic.

We are pleased and honored that you have chosen our office.  For many, their first visit to our
office will be a unique experience.  We think that’s a good thing, but we also realize that
sometimes the unfamiliar can be confusing.  So, we’ll begin by giving you a idea of what
we’ll be accomplishing together on this first visit.

  1. You’ll be greeted by a smiling face.  People often ask us why everyone seems so
    happy around here.  Stick around … you’ll see.
  2. You may fill out some brief forms (see New Patient Center to download new patient
    forms). The information we request may be different than you’re used to providing to
    other doctors.  That’s because we are different!  We ask questions that help us get to
    the cause of your health concerns, rather than masking them with drugs.
  3. You’ll meet with Dr. Stern.  The doctor will talk with you briefly about the information
    you provided to learn how we can best serve you in meeting your personal health and
    wellness goals. Then he will perform a series of tests to help him better understand how
    your body and nervous system are functioning.  All the tests done in our office are
    completely painless and safe.
  • Surface EMG - This test measures the branch of your nervous system that controls
    your muscles.
  • Thermal Scan - This test measures the branch of your nervous system that controls
    your organs and glands.
  • Posture Pro -  A computerized analysis of your posture.
  • Hands-on Tests - These tests may include palpation of your spine and muscles, leg
    length analysis and others to give us a complete view of your overall health at this point.

As you can see, our first visit will be very thorough.  Please allow yourself about one hour.
Most subsequent visits to our office will be much briefer: about 15-20 minutes.
